Ex-Executive Council Member, Guru Jambheshwer University of Science and Technology, Hisar, Ex-Director General, M. M. University, Ambala, Ex-Director, C.S.R.D., People’s Group, Bhopal & presently Director, Design Innovation Center and Professor in The Department of Biological Science, R. D. University, Jabalpur. He has published more than 139 research papers (Cumulative Impact Factor~ 85.5 and Cumulative Citation 2811, h-index 25 and i10-index 50)https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=E21eBScAAAAJ, two books, 6 general articles in national and international journals of reputes, and filled 06 Indian Patents of which 3 are granted.

He has guided more than 60 students for M.Phil. & M.Sc. and over 25 for Ph.D. Prof. Sandhu worked as visiting Professor and Scientist at Monash University, Australia; I.A.C., Brazil; FMRP, University of Sau Paulo, Ribeirão Preto, Brazil and St. Andrew’s Fife University, Scotland. He is a member of many leading associations and societies and founder Secretary of Shri Guru Har Gobind Society for Rural Biotechnology Management. His Book entitled “Recombinant DNA Technology” published by I. K. International Publishers, New Delhi was released by Hon`ble Education Minister, M. P.
