Fermentation is the breakdown of complex molecules to simpler ones through the action of some microorganism.
In India, basically the Central India is known for Tribal’s and their hand made products. On using the principles of fermentation, tribes from the Central India were regularly making the fermented beverages like alcohol (Tadi). These beverages were full of all essential amino acids necessary for the body. This is because the utensils (clay pot) they were using contain lot of fermenting which were gained from their ancestors. By following this approach in Bio design, fermentation lab is to be established so that we get new and improved fermented foods which are designed biologically.
